1. Who to contact

DMC Events is responsible for the personal information it receives through enquiries about DMC Events and Limace. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@limace.nl. Available business details are listed on our Legal & trust page.

2. Information and purposes

When you visit

Website delivery and security involve technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request time. The websites are hosted through Sites, with Cloudflare providing delivery and bot protection. This processing supports our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website.

When you email us

We receive your email address, the name you provide, your message and any attachments you choose to send. A partnership enquiry may also include company details, a proposal, budget and timing. We use this information to respond, discuss your request and, where applicable, prepare or carry out an agreement. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract; for general enquiries and complaints, it is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence.

There are currently no visitor accounts, newsletter sign-up forms or payment forms on these websites. We use our own limited, cookie-free website measurement to understand page views, link clicks and traffic sources. It stores daily aggregate counts by website, page category, source category, broad device category and click category. It does not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, complete referral URLs or search terms in the analytics database, and does not combine activity into visitor profiles. Counts are available for up to 180 days; older counts are removed when new measurements arrive. The measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. This supports our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our websites with minimal impact on visitors. Hosting and security providers still process request information needed to deliver and protect the service. You can contact info@limace.nl with questions or objections. We do not use advertising pixels. Please do not email unnecessary identity documents, payment-card information or sensitive personal details.

3. Service providers and external websites

Hosting, security and email service providers may process the information needed to deliver these services. We may also share information where necessary to handle your request with a relevant event partner or venue, to carry out an agreement, or to meet a legal obligation. Please contact us if you need details about a particular enquiry or recipient.

Our announcement videos play directly from the website. They do not load an Instagram player. Selecting an Instagram, maps, transport or ticket-provider link takes you to that external service; its own privacy rules then apply.

Some infrastructure providers operate internationally. Cloudflare states that cookie data may be processed in the United States by default. See its privacy policy for processing and transfer information. Contact us for details of safeguards relevant to your information.

4. Retention and security

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain a relevant business relationship and resolve any related issue. Where information forms part of a contract, accounting record or legal claim, applicable legal retention duties and limitation periods also determine how long it is kept. Technical service data is subject to the hosting and security providers’ retention arrangements.

The websites use HTTPS. The security cookie identified in our cookie policy expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Contact us if you want to know which information we still hold about your specific enquiry.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send your request to info@limace.nl. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request is yours. You may also raise a concern with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

6. Changes

We update this statement when the websites or relevant processing change. The revision date is shown at the top of this page. Event-specific registration, photography or ticket processing may require additional information at the relevant event or point of collection.
