Information about using our websites, planning your visit and contacting DMC Events.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Who these terms relate to
These terms concern the DMC Events and Limace websites and information published by DMC Events. Limace is an event concept by DMC Events. Our current business and contact information is on the Legal & trust page.
These website terms do not replace the specific conditions for an event ticket, a venue or a business agreement. Any such conditions should be made available before you enter the relevant agreement.
2. Event information & admission
We aim to keep dates, locations, admission information and announced programmes accurate. Check the event page and any message from the organiser or ticket seller before travelling. A programme announcement is not itself a ticket or an invitation.
Entry depends on the admission arrangements stated for the event and the venue’s applicable house rules, capacity and safety requirements. Where tickets or invitations are required, follow the instructions supplied with them.
3. Ticket purchases, changes & cancellations
Where a ticket-provider link is available, the purchase takes place with the seller identified at checkout. Check the total price, seller details, event conditions and cancellation arrangements before paying. Our websites do not currently collect payment-card details or operate their own checkout.
If an event is changed, postponed or cancelled, consult the event announcement and contact the seller or DMC Events about your booking and the options available. Nothing on this page removes any refund or other right you have under applicable law. These website terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.
4. Respectful use & attendance
Use the websites lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person’s information.
At events, respect other visitors, staff and artists. Follow reasonable instructions from venue staff and security. Threatening behaviour, harassment and discrimination are not acceptable.
5. Artwork & external links
Our websites contain event names, logos, photographs, artwork and video belonging to DMC Events or their respective rights holders. Visiting a website does not grant permission to reuse these materials commercially. Contact us if you would like to use them.
Links to venues, transport services, Instagram and ticket providers lead to independently operated websites with their own terms and privacy information.
6. Business enquiries
A sponsorship or collaboration enquiry does not by itself create an agreement. The contribution, deliverables, responsibilities, payment arrangements and cancellation terms for a partnership are agreed separately in writing.
7. Questions, complaints & updates
Contact info@limace.nl with a question or complaint. Include the relevant event or page, the date and enough detail for us to understand the issue. If your question concerns a ticket, include the booking reference but do not send payment-card details.
We may update website information and these terms. An update to this page does not retrospectively change an existing agreement or your statutory rights.
